• Instarem (a brand of Nium) is facilitating referrals to ChocoUp for certain financing services. These services are provided by ChocoUp to you pursuant to ChocoUp’s terms and conditions. Nium is not involved in the provision of ChocoUp’s services to you in any way.
• To facilitate the referrals, we will collect certain information from you which may include personal information. You consent to us sharing this information with ChocoUp for the purpose of ChocoUp assessing your eligibility to receive their services.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information you provide to us.
• Nium is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of ChocoUp’s services.
