Adding recipients to your business account: Step-by-step guide
Add a recipient to your Instarem business account in a few simple steps, so you’re always ready for seamless international payments:
- Go to your dashboard and open Contacts.
- Click Add recipient and choose company or individual.
- Select the recipient’s country and payment currency.
- Enter recipient and bank details accurately.
- Review and Save to confirm.
Your recipient is now saved, making future payments quicker and easier.

Have a Personal Instarem account?
- Log in to your account on the Instarem app or web.
- Go to your Profile section.
- Tap on Help.
- Search for the relevant topic.
- Raise a ticket or chat with us if you didn’t find what you were looking for.
Have a Business Instarem account?
- Log into your account on the Instarem business portal.
- Tap on Help.
- Search for the relevant topic.
