How do I cancel my eSIM purchase and get a refund?
Once you’ve purchased your eSIM, it cannot be returned and refunded. But if you encounter any issues with activation or network connectivity, please reach out to us via Help Centre – describing the exact issue and the eSIM ICC ID. We’ll look into it and assist you promptly.
Refund requests will be evaluated and handled on a case-by-case basiss.
