In addition to the special rate offer, Instarem is also offering a limited-time promotional coupon of USD 5 on your first transfer between September 22, 2025 and November 10, 2025.  

Details of the Coupon Offer are as follows: 

• The coupon offer provides USD 5 off on a new user’s first transfer of USD 1,000 or more. 

• It applies only to a user’s first ever transfer with Instarem. 

• To redeem, customers must enter the coupon code WELCOME at the ‘Transfer Summary’ screen. 

• The coupon offer can only be used once per eligible user and cannot be combined with any other promotional coupon codes.

Terms for Promotional FX rate

• The special FX rate applies to a first transfer between USD 1-USD 3,000. FX rates may vary based upon the country to which you are transferring the funds.
• The amount of the promotional FX rate will be shown on the screen of your Instarem app or web page before you make your first transfer.
• The Promotion is available for qualifying first-time customers only and is limited to one (1) transfer per person. Existing customers are not eligible for this promotion. This Promotion is not valid with any other offer.
• The Promotion will entitle qualifying first-time customers to make one (1) transfer of a minimum of $1.00 USD, subject to our additional terms and conditions (“Qualifying Transfer”), at the promotional FX rate published on Instarem’s website or mobile app at the time of the Qualifying Transfer.

• Amounts less than USD 1.00 will be sent at the regular FX rate applicable to your transaction, and not at the promotional FX rate.
• All FX rates are subject to change from time to time at Instarem’s sole discretion.
• This is a limited time offer. The Promotion will be valid for Qualifying Transfers submitted during the promotion period, which begins on May 31, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and ends on February 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (the “Promotion Period”).

• The USD 5 coupon is valid only between September 22, 2025 and November 10, 2025.
• Instarem reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time prior to the end of the Promotion Period, with or without prior notice to you. Any Qualifying Transfer will be honored if initiated prior to the Promotion’s cancellation. Transfers submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Promotional Offer.
• Insufficient funding of your transfer will make you ineligible for the Promotion. The Promotion will not be valid for any otherwise Qualifying Transfer that is cancelled either by you or by Instarem. A transfer is considered “successfully completed” when funds are deposited into your intended recipient’s bank account. If the transaction is not successfully completed, the promotional FX rate available at the time of initiation will not be applied to any future transfers.
• You may not participate in the Promotion where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute, or regulations. Instarem reserves the right to limit this Promotion to one individual per household. Any attempt by a customer to abuse this Promotion by using multiple or different identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will, in Instarem’s sole discretion, void and disqualify the customer from receiving the Promotion.  Instarem reserves the right to disqualify or void transfers that, in its opinion, are intended to circumvent Promotion rules, or are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
• Employees of Nium, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Business customers of Instarem are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
