Enjoy Zero Fees on Your First Transfer: As a new customer in Hong Kong, you may start using Instarem for your overseas transfers and enjoy zero fees on your first transfer.

In addition to the zero fee offer, Instarem is also offering a limited-time promotional coupon of HKD 5 on your first transfer between September 22, 2025 and November 10, 2025.

Details of the Coupon Offer are as follows: 

• The coupon offer provides HKD 5 off on a new user’s first transfer of HKD 2,000 or more. 

• It applies only to a user’s first ever transfer with Instarem. 

• To redeem, customers must enter the coupon code WELCOME at the ‘Transfer Summary’ screen. 

• The coupon offer can only be used once per eligible user and cannot be combined with any other promotional coupon codes.

Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is available for qualifying first-time customers only and is limited to one transfer per person. Existing customers who have transacted before are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is not valid with any other offer.
• Offer valid only for your first Instarem transfer of a minimum and maximum amount, as specified in the table below:

• Amounts less than the above mentioned minimum transfer amount will be charged the standard transaction fees.
• This is a limited-time offer valid from September 4, 2023, at 12:00 am UTC and ends on February 10, 2026, at 12:00 am UTC. (“Promotion Period”).

• The HKD 5 coupon is valid only between September 22, 2025 and November 10, 2025.
• Instarem reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. Any eligible transfers will be honoured if initiated during the Promotion Period. Transfers submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the promotion.
• Insufficient funding of your transfer will make you ineligible for the promotional offers. Cancelled transfers, either by you or Instarem, are also ineligible. Note that only the first successfully paid transaction will qualify as first transfer.
• Participation in the promotion where prohibited by law is ineligible. Instarem reserves the right to limit this promotion to one individual per household. Any attempt by a customer to abuse this promotion by using multiple or different identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will, in Instarem’s sole discretion, void and disqualify the customer from receiving the promotion.  Instarem reserves the right to disqualify or void transfers that, in its opinion, are intended to circumvent these Terms and Conditions, or are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
• Employees of Instarem and its affiliates, as well as business customers of Instarem, are not eligible for this promotion.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any social media platform.
• By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the disqualification of the entry in the promotion.
