Fixed, upfront cost

Choco Up will present a clear breakdown of your total repayment amount before you accept the offer. No hidden charges.

Revenue-linked repayments

Repayments are structured based on your business performance, so they adjust in line with your revenue cycle.

Example

If you receive $100,000 in funding with a 6% flat fee:

  • Total repayable: $106,000
  • Repayment structure: A small percentage of your monthly revenue (e.g. 5–10%)
  • What this means: You repay as you earn, helping maintain steady cash flow

All financing terms, pricing, and repayment structures are determined by Choco Up.
