amaze Travel Fest Promotion (2 June to 31 July 2025) – Terms and Conditions

1. This amaze Travel Fest promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and provided by Nium Pte. Ltd. (“Instarem”). The Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms”) govern this Promotion. The Promotion is only available to people residing in Singapore.
2. Please read the Terms carefully before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree and consent to be bound by these Terms and to receive notifications from Instarem regarding the Promotion.
What is the Promotion?
3. This Promotion starts on 2 June 2025 at 00:00 SGT and ends on 31 July 2025, 23:59 SGT (“Promotion Period”) and only eligible for Singapore residents. The Promotion consists of a “Spend Promotion” and a “Sign Up Promotion”.
Spend Promotion
4. Participant(s) who make an amaze transaction will be awarded 6 InstaPoints (worth 2 KrisFlyer Miles) for every SGD1 spent using the amaze Wallet under the below Merchant Category Codes (or foreign currency equivalent converted to SGD and rounded down to the nearest SGD) (“Qualifying Spend”):

*MCCs are assigned by payment card organisations (e.g. Visa, MasterCard). Instarem does not have a say in the assignation of these codes. A merchant’s registered MCC may not always correspond with its nature of business.
- The Qualifying Spend is for at least SGD10 (or foreign currency equivalent). For example, if you had spent the equivalent of SGD5 in a single transaction, you will not earn any InstaPoints;
- the transaction does not constitute a refund, chargeback or fall under any of the merchant category codes set out here: https://www.instarem.com/help-personal/mcc-exclusions/;
- You will continue to earn 0.5 InstaPoints for amaze transactions when linked to the amaze Wallet as per terms and conditions https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/amaze-terms-conditions/
- Transaction date is based on Singapore Time (UTC +08:00) and must be posted during the Promotion Period to count as Qualifying Spend.
Sign Up Promotion
5. Participant(s) who successfully apply for the amaze card using the referral code TRAVELOKA during the Promotion Period will receive 1,200 InstaPoints (worth 400 KrisFlyer Miles) that will be credited to their Instarem account subject to the following met.
- Participant is at least 18 years of age.
- Participant must not already have an amaze card or have cancelled an amaze card in the previous 6 months.
- Participant must agree to the Instarem and amaze card terms and conditions and Instarem’s privacy policy.
- Participant’s application for an amaze card must be approved by Instarem within the Promotion Period.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6. The maximum InstaPoints a Participant can receive under the Sign Up Promotion is 1,200 InstaPoints.
7. InstaPoints expire within twelve (12) months of being credited.
8. Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion or any part thereof.
9. Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Promotion.
10. Any decision made by Instarem in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.
11. Instarem will not be liable or responsible for any issues with any network, software provider or any technical limitations or breakdown that adversely affect your participation in the Promotion.
12. Instarem will not be liable or responsible to you for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
13. Any collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for this Promotion will be in accordance with Instarem’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
14. The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Instarem account, InstaPoints and the Instarem amaze card continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
15. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
