AMAZE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS PROMOTION (8 SEPTEMBER 2026 TO 20 OCTOBER 2026) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This amaze Best of Both Worlds promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and provided by Nium Pte. Ltd. (“Instarem”). The Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms”) govern this Promotion.
2. Please read the Terms carefully before participating in this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree and consent to be bound by these Terms and to receive notifications from Instarem regarding the Promotion.

WHAT IS THE PROMOTION?

3. This Promotion starts on 8 September 2026 at 00:00 SGT and ends on 20 October 2026, 23:59 SGT (“Promotion Period”). For the referral code MILELION, this Promotion ends on 1 January 2027, 23:59 SGT. 
   The Promotion is only eligible for Singapore residents at least 18 years of age.

NEW USER REWARD

4. Participant(s) who successfully sign up for an Instarem account using the referral code GETAMAZE, AMAZE25, ORIGINALMAXI, RAOZIJIE, BENNHUM, MILELION, KELVIN, SUITESMILE, HONEYMONEY, and apply for the amaze card during the Promotion Period will receive up to 2,000 InstaPoints (worth up to S$25)
   
   1. 1,000 InstaPoints will be credited to their Instarem account instantly.
   2. Bonus 1,000 InstaPoints will be credited provided a minimum foreign currency spend of S$500 additional (or equivalent) is made by the end of the following month of the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Spend”). 2,000 InstaPoints to redeem S$25 cashback.

EXISTING USER REWARD

5. Participant(s) having an existing amaze card and who make amaze transaction(s) with a minimum foreign currency spend of 1,000 SGD (or equivalent) during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Spend”)
   
   1. 1,000 InstaPoints will be credited within the following month after the campaign ends

QUALIFYING SPEND:

6. The rewards will be fulfilled according to the table (“Qualifying Spend”) above.
7. Participant must agree to the Instarem and amaze card terms and conditions and Instarem’s privacy policy.
8. Participant(s) must fulfil the Qualifying Spend within the Promotion Period to receive the InstaPoints

“Qualifying Spend” refers to:

11. Qualifying Spend must be made on the Instarem amaze card issued to the eligible user.
12. Transaction date is based on Singapore Time (UTC +08:00) and must be posted during the Promotion Period to count as Qualifying Spend.
13. Cancelled, declined, refunded or unpaid transactions (whether in part or in full) will not be considered for the computation of Qualifying Spend.

Excluded Transactions

Transactions classified under Merchant Category Code (“MCC”) 6540 – Non-Financial Institutions – Stored Value Card Purchase/Load, including transactions involving the purchase or top-up of stored-value cards, prepaid accounts or eligible digital wallets, will not qualify towards the minimum spend requirement and/or any sign-up reward under this Promotion.

The MCC of a transaction is determined by the relevant merchant, acquiring bank and/or payment network. Instarem does not determine or control the MCC assigned to a merchant or transaction.

Wallet top-ups are excluded.

Top-ups or loads to wallets and other stored-value accounts that are processed under MCC 6540 will not count towards your eligible spend for the sign-up reward.

For example, if you spend S$120 but S$100 is a wallet top-up processed under MCC 6540, only S$20 will count towards the qualifying spend.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For the avoidance of doubt, employees of Instarem and its affiliates are not eligible to receive any Rewards under this Promotion.
2. InstaPoints expire within twelve (12) months of being credited.
3. Instarem may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time and without prior notice to you: (a) amend or vary the Terms; (b) forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the Promotion without having to provide any reasons or justifications; and/or (c) modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion or any part thereof.
4. Instarem is not obliged to provide any reason, explanation, or clarification to anyone, regardless of their participation in the Promotion.
5. Any decision made by Instarem in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal review shall not be entertained.
6. Instarem will not be liable or responsible for any issues with any network, software provider or any technical limitations or breakdown that adversely affect your participation in the Promotion.
7. Instarem will not be liable or responsible to you for any claims of loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion.
8. Instarem reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion, subject to updated terms being published.
9. Any collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for this Promotion will be in accordance with Instarem’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
10. The terms and conditions relating to the use of the Instarem account, InstaPoints and the Instarem amaze card continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed on the Instarem app or https://www.instarem.com/terms-policies/.
11. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
