What do I do if I encounter a suspicious transaction on my amaze card?

If you find an unknown or suspicious transaction through an email alert or card activity, please lock your card by following these steps:

  • Go to amaze on the Instarem app and click the card icon at the bottom.
  • Click ‘Lock’ on the right. This will prevent any further transactions on your amaze card.

You may then report the transaction by following these steps:

  • Open your app and click on the second button (activity icon) on the bottom right.
  • Click on the specific transaction under transaction summary.
  • Click on Report a problem.
  • Alternatively, you may dispute the payment via the app. Go to Help Centre, click on Enquiries and add a new enquiry. Select amaze card related enquiry and raise a dispute within 14 days from the date of the unauthorised transaction.
